text reading: Running our recruitment agency was going well. The business was picking up and growth was good. But we started to run into issues. Mistakes were being made. We sat down and started talking. Why? Communication. The cause of the problem? The platform. Our old software system made communication hard. It was not encouraged. The solution? We created our own software. With aims to make our jobs easier, increase productivity , increase profit. When it was done we thought it was so great we couldn't keep it to ourselves. We knew we had something special. From that ReCo was born.
